Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used/opened items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@sweetsoulfulthings.com within five working days for a replacement or refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
